Nestled in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside, our purpose-built hides offer an unparalleled opportunity to observe tawny owls in their natural environment. The hides are strategically positioned near woodland where these magnificent birds roost and hunt.
As twilight descends, settle into your hide and become part of the countryside's ancient rhythm. The haunting calls of tawny owls will draw ever closer through the darkness until these ghostly silhouettes emerge from the shadows, alighting gracefully on the perches mere metres from your lens.
Our specially designed lighting system illuminates 14 beautifully crafted rustic perches, creating a natural stage where you can capture breathtaking images of these magnificent birds in their nocturnal element - every feather detail, every piercing gaze, every silent movement frozen in time.

Important Notes
- • Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- • Weather-dependent - we'll contact you if conditions are unsuitable
- • Age minimum: 12 years old
- • Please arrive 15 minutes before your session
- • Free car park and toilet facilities available
- • Revolving seat and a tripod with gimbal head are supplied, please bring a torch if visiting during the hours of darkness and dress according to the season, It can get very cold in winter
